Delete your Diabec account
You can permanently delete your Diabec account and all associated personal data at any time. This page is the official deletion request form required by Google Play.
What gets deleted
- Profile: name, email, phone, date of birth
- Glucose readings, meal logs, medication logs, sleep logs, distress check-ins
- Dietary profile, supplement reminders, doctor-visit records
- AI companion conversation history
- Saved tracking numbers
- Caregiver & Care Circle links
What we keep (and why)
- Order records: retained up to 24 months for tax and consumer-law compliance, then deleted or anonymised. Required by HMRC and equivalent tax authorities.
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics with no personal identifiers attached. Cannot be linked back to you.
Fastest option: delete your account directly inside the Diabec app (Profile → Delete my account). Your request is processed immediately.
If you cannot access the app, use this form. Requests are processed within 30 days (and normally within 72 hours).
